Refund policy

Before purchasing
If you are having trouble choosing the right products for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like to discuss your current skin and goals, we might be able to make some suggestions to help. You can also give our skin quiz a go.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we are happy to make a full refund to you if your Akaia Blends product(s) are proven to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

We are confident you will love your Akaia Blends product(s), but in the rare case that you're not satisfied you may return your items to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your Akaia Blends product(s). Please contact us and we will give you the address to send the item(s) back to. All postage and returns will be at your cost. Please make sure the items are packaged well, and we also recommend sending parcels using a tracked method as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels. Note if you purchased the item(s) on sale you will only be refunded the discounted price.
